Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a partial refund (total order amount - less shipping if applicable). Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions and provide an RA# (Return Authorization Number). ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RA#. Before an RA# will be issued, you must specify the following in writing: 1) what you are sending back; 2) why you are sending back – each item requires specific details; 3) date you plan to ship (we will require shipping details such as carrier and expected delivery date) once completed; and 3) any detail that will assist us with reviewing your request. No returned product will be accepted without the RA#. 

Upon inspection of the returned product we may, 1) accept the return and credit your account; 2) accept the return and send you new replacement merchandise; 3) refuse the return due to use of the product by the customer or out of warranty; and 4) details of written explanation of return does not match what we received. The customer must pay freight charges for returned merchandise in addition to the 10% restock fee. We will only accept returns if the merchandise is in its original container and has not been used in any way or damaged in any way. If you have had the product greater than 10 days, it is not returnable for credit.

Clearance Items are not eligible for returns or refunds except for proven defects.

Special orders, (products or designs not priced on website) are returnable, but will have a 20% restocking fee once order is confirmed, regardless if the product has been shipped. A partial refund (total order amount - less shipping; with a 20% restocking fee) if the product has been shipped. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).



We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products due to Governmental Regulations. Shipments will be either by UPS or freight.


Alaska - California - Connecticut - Delaware -  Hawaii - New Hampshire - New Jersey - New York - Maine - Maryland - Massachusetts - Oregon - Rhode Island - Washington State – Vermont. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Aquathol K, Reward, Sonar Products and Weedtrine D cannot be shipped to Michigan without a permit and applicators license on file.

Should an order be placed containing these products being shipped to one of the states listed above, we will contact you for an alternative shipping address and/or paperwork as described. Customer must supply this information within one week from date of contact. If the order must be canceled, we will refund your credit card the purchase amount, less the credit card and processing fees Aeration Central incurs (6% of total purchase).

Take note some packages require freight delivery due to government regulations, size of products, total weight, and volume. Delivery will require an adult be present to sign for freight delivery. Customer is responsible for providing appropriate unloading instructions. Customer is responsible for any fees related to freight carrier being unable to unload due to improper details, no adult to sign for product, or any other fees related to the ability of proper delivery.
